1. Copyright and Quality Control:

The full copyright for all images taken within the booked session remains the sole and exclusive property of SwedeAs Creative

 

2. Images purchased are to be used for personal display only. They are not to be scanned, copied or duplicated or altered in any manner. Clients cannot authorise any reproductions of images for commercial use, for photographic competition or display. The files are not to be altered in anyway, including removing the watermark. Failing to comply with this condition is illegal.

 

3. All photos purchased have been individually processed, colour corrected and enhanced to bring the image to its full potential. All work is performed on a fully calibrated system, and printed by a carefully selected professional lab.  All prints are quality checked before being presented to the client to ensure that they are of a high standard, both in printing and in colour. Prints may appear slightly different to the image displayed on a client monitor due to variation in the client’s calibration. Digital files, printed by the client at a non- professional lab will show a colour shift, Swede as Creative is not liable for colour problems of prints that have been printed at a one hour photo lab or the like.

 

4. Small scratches, bruises and other transient blemishes may be removed during processing, unless they are specifically requested left in. This does depend on the amount of work required, and is not guaranteed to be performed. Freckles, birthmarks, and other apparent permanent blemishes will be left as they are unless it is specifically requested they are removed. An editing fee may apply.

 

5. Returns: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of portrait photography, items ordered are not returnable. However if they are faulty at a technical level the customer has 7 days to address the issue. The prints cannot be returned due to a ‘simple change of mind’.

 

Your Photograpy Session:

6. Payment of the session fee is expected within 7 days of booking the session to reserve your selected day. This fee includes a non-refundable booking fee of $100.

7. Swede As Creative does not allow the use of any cameras or recording devices outside of that being used by the photographer during the course of the session.

8. Rescheduling of shoots due to weather is at the discretion of Swede As Creative. The decision to reschedule will be based on the location, the severity of the weather, and the age of children involved. In the event that illness or other unforeseen circumstances arise, the client may reschedule the session, although maximum notice is appreciated (limit of 1 reschedule per client).

9. Should a session be cancelled by the client with no plans to reschedule, Booking and session fees will not be refunded. Failure to appear on the day of the session will result in the forfeit of your booking fee.

10. Re-shoots are at the discretion of Swede As Creative They occur only in situations where the photographer believes the she has not been able to complete what she needs to provide a full gallery of images to the client. Regrettable choices of clothing or hairstyle by clients do not fall into this category, nor does uncooperative or reluctant behavior from children over the ages of 7 or adults taking part in the shoot. A re-shoot due to these factors will be done at the cost of the client.

 

11. Full payment is required when your tax invoice is issued. Money can be paid by cash, bank transfer or via PayPal. The order will not be printed until full payment has been received.

12. Please allow up to 4 weeks after your order is finalised to receive delivery of your prints.

 

Our commitment:

13. In the event that Swedeas Creative is unable to comply with the above terms and conditions through circumstances outside their control, such as ill health, mechanical failure, theft or accident, liability is limited to monies paid only. Where the situation entails loss of images, Swede As Creative will offer the client a choice between a re-shoot or a full refund of monies paid.

 

14. Once you have read, understood and accepted the terms, pricing and package options and have completed your booking by paying the deposit you hereby grant Swede As Creative the irrevocable right to use photographs taken on this date for, but not limited to, portfolio inclusion, professional feedback, promotional or advertising use, course instruction, competition entries, or any other lawful purposes, in all forms of media and in all manners of publication.

15. By signing the contract you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
